Just about everything that requires a PMUA agent to interact with SHARES takes over an hour right now.
From my 11k flown miles on Monday and Tuesday, I waited
A. 30 mins to get meal vouchers
B. 45 mins to get added to the UG list
B2. 60 mins to get added to the UG list (different time) -- but failed.
C. 2 hours to get rebooked due to irrops
D. 30 mins to get checked-in via a transfer desk in LHR
