Sorry if this has been asked already, but has anyone had problems changing seat assignments with the Android app? The last couple of times I've tried, it says it is "assigning seats" but when it goes back to my reservation the old seat assignment is still there. When I go to delta.com, it shows that the old seat assignment is still in there, so the app isn't changing the seat.
We are currently looking into this issue and it seems to be affecting all four platforms. We're just trying to figure out the root cause of it since there doesn't seem to be a pattern as to why the applications are told the seat assignment was successful.
