This is the comic relief I needed to ignore the fact that my airline of choice (I joined MP at the ripe age of 2) is not just failing me but actually totally unable to allow me to enter in to commerce with it at the moment. The sad thing is, I'd imagine that most strategy sessions with SMI/J follow a similar script.
UA Insider, care to drop by and let us know how things are going. I think at this stage, being approximate versus exact may be of preference.
I'm still missing redeemable miles, qualifying miles, regional upgrades, global upgrades and having issues with manipulating existing reservations.
