I seem to have several problems:
Despite keying in my new #, the "new improved" ual.com tells me I have no reservations!!! If I go in through an old UAL mail and key in my new #, it does give me access to my two reservations, one of which is occurring this Thursday. Unfortunately, seat assignments are gone for both me and my companion, this despite having seats since last year when we booked the tickets!!!!
I have called the "special" premiere line twice this morning and was disconnected. I have now been on hold for over 56 minutes before I hung out....listening to the same old, same old message over and over again.
