Upgrade waitlist?
I just cannot find the right buttons on the new web site to see if I am waitlisted for an upgrade or I can't pick seats if I am! Can someone point me to the right place on the web site to see if I am on a waitlist? Or is this just not working yet? I have a flight DEN-MEL this Friday and have an upgrade requested for the long leg, but don't see any 'you have been waitlisted' messages. Do I just need to sit on the phone for hours to get them to fix this?
