Customer service at the UC in SFO this morning isn't in a good mood. They looked tired and rundown ,refused to help me get on an earlier flight. Stellar service huh? I did not pursue further b/c I know the integration has been stressful on everyone and we're all entitled to have a bad day.
However, the woman checking in the cards said there will be no more boarding pass check-ins at UC's, cards only. Is this accurate?
Otherwise, she *did* say things were running much more smoothly at SFO today. Let's hope so!
