Flew yesterday LAS-CLE and was able to check-in through the mobile app just fine on 3 March and had my MBP. On the way to the airport on the 4th my MBP had disappeared and the app couldn't locate my reservation with either my old/new OnePass/MileagePlus numbers or my UA or CO PNRs. Same thing with the chicken at LAS. Waited in line, took forever even though i was the only one in the 1K line but finally spoke to an agent (I know it was hectic, not complaining). After about 10min of working on it she, along with the supervisor found that I had 3 reservations for the same flight I had of course only booked one which had since been UDUd but who knows. Finally was able to get my BP and head to the gate but not really sure what happened there. Also, BP showed me in Group 2 even though I was booked in First. I'm still not sure what my status is going to be (shows 1K on the website right now) as I'm gold per my miles flown last year but requested a match through my company so not sure if that effected the grouping but wasn't a problem to board with F since I had an F ticket.
