Problem exists for me for both GPUs and RPUs. (3 RPUs and 2 GPUs reserved/used for future trips and twice the number pulled). In fact, when I look at my account activity, I see that the additional GPUS and RPUs were pulled on 3/3/2012 (in addition to some date in Feb).

boat9781, as you and others have noted, there is an issue where we’re seeing duplicate Global Premier Upgrades (GPUs) and Regional Premier Upgrades (RPUs) being deducted from account. We’re addressing this with high priority and are working on a solution to automatically correct this so that you won’t need to call. I'll add this to the master thread and we'll keep it updated with our progress.
Thank you for sharing examples that have helped us track this down.
