senior management hire. I'd love to see the contracts of these folks. They must be pretty special to get someone to leave their present well paid job for a company that is about to be sold... ahem, spun off.
I'm sure they have a pretty nice stake in the sale going well. Shares, bonuses, etc... I'm sure it wasn't too hard to convince them, especially the idea that the new partner/owner should bring an influx of cash to play with. Seems like a pretty exciting time to be with the company.
