The club on top of the LeMeridien can be fun if you go on the night that starts as
happy hour.

In general I would say the nightlife of Shanghai, while fun, can hardly be described as innovative or cutting edge.

Views of Pudong from the Bund are nice.

The French Concession provides some limited atmosphere.

The place in the middle of Tomorrow Square has from time to time some fun evenings.

Xiantindi can get a good concert and has some interesting restaurants and is walking distance to the Andaz if you need a hotel.
