I'm T-40 as platinum and haven't cleared. mobile.united.com shows upgrade list with seven people all who have cleared, though I'm not on the list. Called CSR late tonight (got through quickly), but then after explaining the situation, was put on hold for 20 minutes. After which I was told everything with my reservation was fixed.

Yet I'm still not on the list. And obviously haven't been upgraded.
