Well got through after 2hr and 30mins of waiting on hold and as predicted was flagged as a no-show on the outward flight so return automatically cancelled. Rep requested my seat number to validate was on flight and said reservation would be reinstated and confirmation e-mail sent in 20mins.. Here's hoping..
