I, like many others, am missing all my UA miles and lifetime balance, etc.
However, the website also incorrectly lists my status as "Member", instead of my correct status of 1K.
Has anyone else seen this?
I am flying from Sydney to LAX in several hours, then on to ORD and TVC, and am worried that I may experience various issues (denied entrance to the united club, possible loss/re-assignment of my exit row/E+ seats, etc.).
Note also that I received 1K status via a status challenge (I need to complete the challenge by April 16th).
Also, as a minor note, my account now lists me as "Miss" instead of "Doctor" (since I first created the continental account back when I was in high school), and there is no way to correct this on the website...
