lost most all my seats assignments. talked to res agent and supervisor. I was told you don't by a specific seat, and no we won't reassign it to you because you are only a premier member not a premier gold. Never thought that they would act so poorly rather than work through the whole mess. So much for 25 years of loyalty to United.. Live in Chicago, United you may have been my hometown airline... but maybe your telling me to move to Texas!
