At first I thought it was me...what's this about a PIN? I never received any mail about a PIN!
Anyway, what I did was complete the setup of my profile and then I went back and clicked on the "Forgot your PIN?" link. It showed me that phrase I had just customized to remember my PIN (of course, that didn't help because I don't know what UA had set my new PIN to) but there was a button or link which read, "Still don't remember your PIN?" and I clicked on it.
It then asked another verification question and then I was able to enter the new PIN.
