Try looking at your "My Account" page, which will have a summary of upgrades on the upper left. You can mouse over those to see when they expire.

You can also look at the "View All Activity" link on your "My Account" page to see "Award Activity," which will have your deposit, redemption, and expiration info on the upgrades.
