GPU and RPU balances are OK in our 2 accounts.

However, we lost all of our BF seat assignments on our international itineraries.
--Called MP about this (was on hold for 20 min) and the seats are gone and cannot be recovered.

Very unhappy about losing ALL of my BF seat assignments!
