Extended Hold -- Give up?
My seat assignments have disappeared on a few of my reservations, and I'd like to get them back before they disappear (as a lowly 2P, I'm no longer able to reserve E+ on the website anymore).
I've called and have been on hold for 1:44 and counting. Should I give up, or is it worthwhile holding on? Its not a big deal to keep the phone going while I'm doing other things around the house, but if its a lost cause, its a lost cause...
Other than the few missing seat assignments, and the zeroed out miles others have reported, I've noticed no problems.
