All front cabin incl A319/E170 to Canada now shows "United Business"

All itineraries with CR1s and waitlisted SWUs still have the modification to ticket message.
Mileage not combined - EQMs for 2012 still not showing - but I guess thats coming later today.

IVR will be a problem for Canadian postal codes!
