Is there any timeline for when PMUA and PMCO will unite at a single terminal for the airports where they have not yet done so?

A particularly egregious example is my home airport of San Diego, where, as of Saturday, United will occupy all 3 terminals: the commuter terminal and terminals 1 and 2. I already see lots of people show up to T1 for flights to LAX (out of the commuter terminal). I can only imagine the situation getting worse! This gets especially confusing with the crossfleeting, whereby as early as April I've seen a PMUA A320 scheduled to IAH and a PMCO 738 scheduled form DEN. Is it true that planes will park at terminals based on their origin/destinations rather than their PM airline?

I suspect at SAN that things may change in a year or two with the terminal 2 expansion, but I think it will be very messy for the casual traveler if UA keeps its presence in both T1 and T2.

If I get a vote (which I'm sure I don't), I'd advocate bringing PMCO over to the PMUA terminal 1 so as to preserve access to the United Club in T1.
