Stayed here last night, first time since summer 2010.

Got a plain room on the 6th floor (only short stay so totally fine with me) and FD staff made no effort to mention Diamond benefits, as with Markie.

However, I was also given a letter at checkin introducing me as a Diamond member to the club floor, mentioning the times for the club lounge, the option to have breakfast in Apples, the internet access and a check-out time of 4pm.... so someone has been listening to Markie's comments upthread.

Apples restaurant just opened yesterday, not hugely different to my recollection from before, but the bar is very much improved, opened up and much more welcoming in my view.
