I'm flying UA Saturday - there are definitely funky things going on online, but I'm going to get to ORD a bit early and hope for best/prepare for the worst.

As most of us are über frequent flyers, would love to see us set the tone, be patient and gracious to those helping and save your "I'm 1k, DYKWIM" for another time. ( or retire that attitude altogether .
