As much as those that are Silver might dislike this change, it's a good thing for the rest of us.
That's a pretty common misconception that many people hold. Limiting 2Ps/Silvers access to E+ opens up E+ inventory for sale, not necessarily benefits the higher level elites. Plus, since 2Ps/Silvers only travel 25K-49K per year, how many are actually displacing the 1Ks/Platinums/Golds. It's interesting how scarcity of E+ was never an issue before UA aggressively markets E+ for sale.
