It's hard to believe that an $8 billion company with customers trying to book at over 3700 properties has these kind of website problems.
My main pet peeve is the absurd inactivity log-out time when booking. If I stop for anything more than 2 minutes I lose the progress and have to log in again. And then log in again. And then log in again. 3 times. I guess they adhere to the rule of three.
