Glad to see its not just me. Login, again, again, try to book room, login again, lose place in reservation....

My travelling is about to go up from 125 nts/ yr to 200, and I have decided to add Hyatt to my mix (top tier at all), and to eliminate one of the 3- SPG, Hilton, or Marriott, to make room. All have their pro/cons, but I think the website issues (for 5 years now that I have experienced) is the tie breaker.
