If u need to use your earned CAT4 certs prior to the end of the Megabonus promo, I think a call to MR could do the trick. I will have more than six stays during this promo, so I called and requested the third CAT4 cert that is usually given to plats, rep noted the act and told me the third cert would be creditted at the end of the promo but if I need it before that, I could call them.
