Seems to me as the gov't wants to push people towards this system, they will do what they do with the Global Entry program... if the Kiosk rejects you for any reason, you go to the front of the customs line - not the end. Correct. All international segments had been flown, all that was left was one domestic segment.The BP scanner showed "CLR"
Seems fair and gives everyone an incentive to give up some private info in exchange for expedited handling. (We all did it when we signed up for GE.)
