Well I am at HKIA now to find out that the ticket that bought on CX's own web site is no longer found in system (I have both booking and ticket number and original booking records). Waited an hour so far and yet to be resolved. No apology from CX.

good thing I arrived early .... Anyone coming to the airport I recommend you print out the original booking record to be safe
PS like some of you I can no longer located the booking on cathaypacific.com
Don't want to be too harsh on CX. Is this normal for airlines that have massive migration projects?
