Some shops, like in Chinatown/Asian grocer's, also sell packaged boba pearls that come frozen.
Homemade bubble tea is nice but, what can I say, I'm lazy.
Not sure if its undercooked, but it seems the pealies are frozen under the weight of freeze when the drink is produced.. but is it undercooked?
