I'm curious, what is the best *A business seat out of Hawaii to the US (East coast prefferable)
I'm looking to do a BMI award booking and would like a flat bed if poss.
I can find seats on HNL-DEN on a CO 767-400, will this be the new BF seat by Jan '13?
