So in my books it's one +, one -, net really 0... to me at least.
I just wish they'd add more Internet bandwidth there. How it is now, same as before, every time I've been there it's dead slow and practically unusable.

Same size does equal no change in that respect. You're right it is a plus for the additional showers. However I find it to be more of a plus from a working stand point with the new layout. In a busy lounge such as this I often found people utilizing areas that they were designed for (families taking up 'business' areas, etc..). The layout now is more friendly for all as it accomodates everyone. The times I've been there in the new format the families (and there were very many of them) kept to the areas with the round tables. The workspace was mixed with the long table overlooking the windows, the small tables over looking the window and then the more private lounge seats with power. All-in-all I like it because its not too sterile and un-inviting. It's become more comfortable and functional which to me is another plus. The food and all is still on par for being well above average.
The internet is hit and miss really. It's a standard for what you'll get in the average lounge and could have done with more bandwidth but it's not terrible really. The last time I was there it was actually flying which was a bit of a shock to me but I was pleasantly surprised.
