I find it interesting that you think it was a downgrade. Myself, along with a few other travelers around me at the time, all thought it was a big upgrade. As its a very busy lounge, those small tables actually helped to separate the business travelers from the families as the families all flocked to those. As for the plugs, others have mentioned there are many many outlets of all types around (even if you didn't bring an adapter) and while some of the more prized spots might be on the rail looking out the window, the other seats offer just as much comfort and privacy to work from. I'd have to say it's a big upgrade. The food is top-rate and while the liquor selection lacks a bit, I'd still put it tops on the list.
