IMHO when an airline has 5 x daily flights (+3 from LGW) and only 2 of 5 are cancelled on a single day, being delayed 24 hours (for a very short trip) is a pretty bad thing. Especially when business class seats are available on flights before the one I was rebooked on.

So why not grit your teeth and fly to LGW or even BHX? Surely EK would accommodate you.

Or, perhaps you might be regarded as a "freeloader" by certain members of our community?
