Thanks for the replies.

When I was told about the cancellation the options given were the new flight on 7th Feb or a refund. I wasn't by a computer so I was unable to check availability.

As to the limo, can't say much. It's an ancillary ground service, so it's all contractual & local rules.

IMHO when an airline has 5 x daily flights (+3 from LGW) and only 2 of 5 are cancelled on a single day, being delayed 24 hours (for a very short trip) is a pretty bad thing. Especially when business class seats are available on flights before the one I was rebooked on.
