Ah, thanks for pointing that out! When I was there it was extremely crowded. Now with the downgrade in the ICN lounge (less space for laptop users and big part of what used to be the long table replaced with small wobbly round useless tables), there was nowhere to plug in but the business centre (separate room), and there it was just the Europlugs (at least in all the unoccupied spots, I checked - as I didn't want to dig out my adapter). Good to know that they do have US/Japan style outlets somewhere...though usually those will be all occupied and one won't be able to get to them anyway.
