I just spent 6 nights there so here is my feedback. I was staying with 550 of my closest colleagues for a large meeting thus the hotel was pretty full with just our group. At check in, I was given a third floor room and asked about at least getting an executive floor room. Was handed keys for a junior suite just for asking. It did have two doubles but I did not really care. Thus, ask for something better as you might just get it. I cannot imagine they would not help out a Diamond to something a bit better for you.

As mentioned above, there is a lounge on the 9th floor that is open for just breakfast. It is the standard hotel continental fare that is ok but not great.
