I tried to find this information in other posts, but everything was at least a year old. So I hope some of you can help me.

Here are my questions:

1) I booked an award stay. They stated that for the "standard redemption" level, all they could offer me was a double bed handicap access room. I don't have enough points for the 74k per night "upgrade award". My question: Do you think that I am likely to get upgraded to 2 queens? I am a diamond HH member.

2) How much is breakfast going to cost? From the posts I read, the lounge is no longer open. So I presume I get some sort of certificates for 2 people per room. How much more will I have to spend for my kids to eat as well?

3) Anything else new in the past year which I won't read in the earlier posts?
