Sure it does. Many of the older FA's treat the job like a job, whereas some of the younger ones are more motivated and excited by the job. Just natural. Plus, you're going by the OP's viewpoint of how the FA said it also.
I'm not supporting anyone, I said it was unfortunate that he had a bad experience, but I was also asking how the rest of his flight went. If it was a good flight, then these would seem to be minor irritations. If there were other issues with the flight, then that might help me understand his thread's title.

For what airlines charge for long haul F, the experience, barring things beyond the airline's control, has to be perfect. Employees serving the F cabin are used to most pax being upgraders, award travelers, or fellow employees, but there is likely at least one pax who has paid for A or F who is generating pure profit, and likely flying because his employer values his comfort, or he is trying to save money by not chartering a personal jet. This pax is paying the wages of the cabin crew serving him.
