That's SPG website's way of saying No Standard Rooms Available for using Starpoints. The website would have allowed you to book, without calling, if there were standard rooms available. I wish SPG can modify website wording to avoid more misunderstandings.

To answer your question, I have redeemed Starpoints at St Regis Deer Crest multiple times. I suspect they have not loaded rate plan for using Starpoints for 2013.
