Unusually LOW (?) Upgrade Fee
On 2/2, I was offered an opportunity to upgrade my EWR-MIA flight for $49. I elected not too - but I thought that the fee was exceptionally low.

Then yesterday I was offered IAH-LAX at $459.

I can see the $459 - but $49 for the other upgrade. Does that seem logical and way too LOW? At that cost, I will never get any UDUs!
