Okay, thanks everyone!

I realize that what I want is this:

Copy from source to destination only files that are on source that are not on destination.

I am not quite sure what xcopy switch to use.

And the MS Rich Copy interface is very powerful, and I'm not quite sure which options to tick/not tick.
