Look at them carefully as I thought the same thing only to find out "minor things" like upgrades disappearing were "part of the schedule change" (and with Co's lack of customer service, it was a b!tch and a half to get them put back as CO wouldn't budge so I had to go thru 1k customer service to get it done ^)
