I only found out about it after their e-mail. After all it's not clear at all in the place one checks to know whether a hotel participates in the programme or not:

Like a said, I thought that "Access" was part of the name of that particular aparthotel. I guess it's a beginner's blunder...

I haven't stayed at any other Adagio, but the Access I stayed at was pretty old and elementary. I thought it was because it hadn't undergone any refurbishment yet, after Accor bought Citéa, but maybe they're meant to be like that.
