Oh, I have received the standard" thank you for your stay emails" plenty of times. But this is only the 2nd time it has actually addressed
specifics of my stay. Seems a little complicated to have form emails that cover every specific and always choose the correct one...but I am not a techno whiz, so perhaps you are correct.
And I will give up the points to have a fireplace when it is snowing and I am stuck in a hotel....
