Did you like the AKL lounge? It looks like you took full advantage of the fantastic food and drink on offer. VC is my favourite NV Champagne too (I prefer Dom 2002 though!).

Interesting to see photos of the Business Class food, it is presented very differently to First Class and your menu is different, although the starter is the same.

One thing, I would strongly recommend that you blur out your EK frequent flyer number and your e-ticket on your boarding pass.
