This just gets crazier every day. I first called Delta and they said everything is fine and the seats are what I wanted and all paid for (even though I didn't pay for the KL EC seats). Then I called the KL/DL/AF telephone reservations number and spoke to 2 supervisors who insisted that everything I see on DL.com and KL.com is all wrong information regarding Economy Comfort Seats. They said anybody who has Skyteam Elite + and some Alaska members are given Economy Comfort Seats for FREE on BOTH Delta and KLM. Because of their crazy discovery, they went ahead and refunded me the payments I made for the Delta EC seats. (I didn't ask them to do this ) They assigned me EC on both my DL and KL flights and now I haven't paid anything at all. They claim to have written a lengthy note on my reservation that they will be able to see at the airport. Nowhere does it say GM get free EC on Delta or KLM. Any ideas what I should do?
