Last night, I made myself eggs benedict. Every once in a while, I get a major hankering for 'em. I'd probably make it more often if it weren't for the time it takes to make hollandaise from scratch, the number of pots and pans used, and the resulting mess/cleanup.
Actually, I quite enjoy making hollandaise.
