Primary. Applies worldwide except Israel, Jamaica, Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Cardholder must decline CDW/LDW if offered by the auto rental company, and initiate and complete the entire rental transaction with your eligible card.
This is a great benefit of the card. For most Amex cards, for example, this level of insurance is $20 per rental through supplementary insurance. And of course, it's a much better deal than paying for the CDW/LDW waiver car rental companies offer.
