Not sure. I usually unfreeze Experian and Equifax and never had a problem with Chase using the one i want. Before I applied for the Bank of America Alaska Airlines, I called CSR and she said all 3 credit reports will be pulled. However, I only unfroze one (Experian I think) and my application was denied online. I called and after talking to a supervisor, I was told they had problems retrieving my credit report. I told them to pull the one I unfroze.
