[QUOTE=keirnna;17901858]I had a freeze on credit reports from all 3 credit bureaus. You need to write them a letter requesting this. I had to pay $10 to each credit bureau for the freeze. I then received a 10 digit PIN number which I needed to use in order to unfreeze my report permanently or temporary. This is either done by phone or online. Easiest online and can be done on day you want unfrozen.

I chose to unfreeze Equifax for Chase. When I applied online, I did not receive instant approval so within an hour I called Chase Reconsideration line. When asked if CSR was able to pull my credit report, he said "no". I asked him to pull up Equifax which he did and then approved my Explorer Card.
